Privacy policy

This policy covers verzi.health, operated by Verzi Health. It describes the information the marketing site and the contact form handle. It is not a Business Associate Agreement, and Verzi Health does not offer a HIPAA BAA.

The API is public Medicare reference data

The Verzi Health API, the Coverage Knowledge Base, and the source archive serve public Medicare reference data: published rules, edits, fee schedules, policy text, versions, effective dates, and hashes. Nothing Verzi serves contains patient information. Do not send protected health information, claim files that identify a patient, or other PHI to the site, the contact form, or the API.

What the contact form collects

If you use the contact form, we receive the work email, organization, the kind of request you pick, and any message you write. We use that to reply. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising. Keep patient information out of the message.

The form posts to POST /api/contact on this site. If sending is not configured, the page tells you the message did not send.

Accounts and API keys

API keys are created at docs.verzi.health/signup. Account data for that product (the email you sign up with, the key, and request logs needed to run the API) is handled so we can authenticate calls and operate the service. Version listings, effective dates, hashes, and as-of resolution stay public. CPT descriptors and original source bytes are gated to keyed, terms-accepted accounts.

Cookies and the theme control

The marketing pages do not set analytics cookies and do not run a third-party ad tracker. The light and dark control changes the page for the visit. It does not create an account.

Type is self-hosted on this site: IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono, with font-display: swap. The pages do not request a third-party font host.

How long we keep contact messages

We keep a contact message for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it by sending another message through the contact form from the same work email.
